About the Developers |
 |
The Developers of Broadacres are Ian and Ardre Burgoyne. They hail from Zimbabwe where Ian was a qualified valuer. They also owned a large commercial farming operation.
On arrival in South Africa in 2004, they purchased Broadacres Estate and began development of the orange orchards in an up-market private residential estate. It features the unspoilt view over Cedara Agricultural College. As many orange trees as possible were kept, providing immediate privacy, shade, fruit and a unique feature to the estate.
Ian and Ardre are extremely hands-on. They take a daily interest in the development and have created an excellent working relationship with the Home Owners Association.
